A visionary leader, woman of faith, and spiritual trailblazer, Dr. Gloria Loyd established Eta Xi Eta Christian Sorority, Inc. with the divine purpose of creating a sisterhood where women could grow together in Christ, serve their communities, and uplift one another through grace and truth. Her legacy continues to inspire and guide every step we take.

Soror Kristi Lightfoot provides guidance and oversight to our membership process, ensuring that each new member is welcomed, nurtured, and developed through a faith-based approach. She plays a critical role in sustaining our sisterhood and upholding our values of grace, unity, and spiritual growth.
GIRLS WITH GRACE

Girls with Grace is our mentoring and empowerment initiative designed specifically for young girls. This program is dedicated to cultivating confidence, purpose, and Christ-like character in the next generation of godly women. Led by caring mentors, Girls with Grace encourages spiritual growth, leadership development, and community service in a nurturing, faith-filled environment.

PRESIDENT
As President of Girls with Grace, Autumn Boykin brings a bold vision and a compassionate heart to everything she does. She oversees the strategic direction of the program, ensuring that each initiative nurtures spiritual growth, character development, and leadership potential in young girls. Known for her strong faith, authenticity, and unwavering commitment to youth empowerment, Autumn serves as both a leader and a sister to the girls she mentors.
DAKOTAH RUFF
VICE-PRESIDENT
With a passion for mentoring and a gift for connecting with young people, Dakotah Ruff plays a vital role in supporting the vision of Girls with Grace. As Vice President, she helps develop programming, oversees outreach, and builds relationships that make each girl feel seen, valued, and loved. Dakotah’s leadership is rooted in service and fueled by her desire to see every girl walk boldly in her God-given identity.
