Is Eta Xi Eta considered a Greek Sorority?

Yes, we are a non-collegiate greek sorority as well as a non profit 501(C)3 organization.
How long have christian sororities been around?

Christian sororities were formed before the start of the 20th century. The first christian greek letter organization was started in Kansas in 1916. This organization was formed from a women’s bible study group that decided to start a christian sorority.
Do I have to be a specific denomination to join?

The only organization that we do not accept is other Greek organizations such as divine nines and Eastern Stars.
What does it mean to be in a christian sorority?

We are and will always be a christian sorority standing on the morals and values of God. We pray together, have bible study together and will always support our sisters, never putting them down, but encouraging each other.
